Baidoa, (insidesomalia.org) - The losses caused by a hand grenade which was overnight tossed at a base which Somali government soldiers were stationed in the southern commercial town of Baidoa, the current base of the Somali transitional federal government is reported to have increased.  

So far three government soldiers were reported to have been injured in the grenade blast.

Few policemen who keeping guard of the police station were present in the station by the time of the blast.

Some eyewitnesses who in a place not far from where the bomb went off informed Somaliweyn radio that the hurler was in pickup car which in high speed.  

The rapid reaction forces of the government of Somalia reached at the scene immediately after the explosion, and have halted all the business activities in the area.

The town governor has earlier announced that his administration would do something about the security of the town.  

Explosion in the two of Baidoa is not something new frequents explosion has earlier occurred in the town and some time back  another explosion went off there was another explosion which went off at tax collection point in the mid of the town and two tax collectors were seriously wounded.
